That attitude is our inspiration: the grit and audacity to grow anyway, and create possibilities that seem impossible. A crew that rotates the globe with it.

WHY I'M BUILDING THIS

I didn't set out to build a travel company. I set out to solve a dumber problem than that. Why does the good stuff always end.

You go somewhere wild. You feel completely alive for a week. Then you come home, and it's gone. Back to the version of you that exists between trips, waiting for the next booking to feel like that again.

I got obsessed with a root instead. Cassava. Dry ground, bad soil, too much heat, and it thrives anyway. Not despite the conditions. Because of what it takes to survive them. That's not a metaphor I bolted onto a business afterward. That's the only attitude that made sense to build one around.

So the question stopped being where should we go. It became who do we become, permanently. Not just for a week in the mountains or the water. A community for adventures we'd choose for ourselves.

This isn't a retreat. Retreats end. This is a rotation. Wherever it goes next, you're not a guest in it. You're part of what keeps it moving.

Worth getting into. Impossible to forget.
